Aqeedah — The Beliefs, Taught Clearly
This course answers them properly: what we believe, why, and what the evidence for it is — at the child’s level, without vagueness and without the kind of frightening shorthand that gets used when an adult is caught off guard.

WHO IT’S FOR
For the child who can read
Children from around age seven who are starting to ask. Teenagers meeting other worldviews at school and wanting something more solid than ‘because we do’. Adults who were taught practice without belief and want the foundation filled in. Reverts building from the ground up.
Aqeedah
The Six Articles of Faith
A calm, honest grounding in what a Muslim believes and why — each article taught
with clarity and care, in a way that answers real questions rather than avoiding them.
Belief in Allah
Tawheed, His names and attributes, and how to think about a Creator who is not like the creation.
The Angels
What they are, what they do, and where the mainstream understanding stops and folklore begins.
The Revealed Books
What came before the Quran, what happened to it, and why the Quran is held to be preserved.
The Messengers
The chain of prophets, what they shared, and the place of the final one among them.
The Last Day
Death, the barzakh, resurrection and accountability — taught in a way that gives a child hope rather than nightmares.
Qadr — Divine Decree
Divine decree and human choice — the question every teenager eventually asks, and the one most adults answer badly.
Every lesson is one-to-one. Your teacher answers questions honestly and gently — building conviction that holds, without fear or confusion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Isn't Aqeedah too abstract for children?
It is if taught as terminology. Taught as answers to the questions children are already asking, it is one of the courses they engage with most.
What school of thought do you teach?
Our teachers are trained at Al-Azhar and teach the mainstream Sunni position, noting where the schools differ instead of presenting one view as the only one.
My teenager has doubts. Will this help?
It might, if the doubts are met with argument rather than disapproval, which is how we teach it. Tell us in advance and we will match your teenager with a teacher used to that conversation.
Is it taught in English?
Yes, with Arabic terms introduced and explained as they come up.

The rules of correct recitation, introduced one at a time and applied straight away: makharij — where each letter is produced — the basic madd, and the noon and meem rules. Nothing is learned as theory before it is used.
The classic first book. Letters, their shapes and sounds, joining them together, and the vowel marks — the foundation everything else rests on. Most children work through it in a few months.
The meaning behind the words: what a surah is saying, the circumstances it came down in, and what it asks of the reader. Taught at the student’s level, starting with the short surahs your child already recites.
